If the subscription was purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, it must be canceled directly through that store. If the subscription was purchased via our website, it can be canceled through your account settings on the web. Subscriptions cannot be canceled directly within the app itself.

Yes, you can switch between monthly and annual billing anytime. Your updated plan will begin at the end of your current billing cycle. While we don’t issue refunds for the remaining time on your current plan, you’ll continue to have full access until your new plan begins.
