Does Caily cost anything for families?
No! Caily is completely free for families. Your loved one's community covers the cost so you can stay connected without any fees or subscriptions.
How is Caily priced for communities?
Caily is priced at $15 per resident per month, which includes everything your team needs: messaging, notifications, group communications, and more. Pricing may vary based on your location; communities in New York and California are subject to state-specific pricing. Contact us to get a quote for your community.
Is there a setup or onboarding fee?
Only if you're integrating with an EHR system. If you're using Caily as a standalone platform, there is no onboarding fee. For communities connecting to an EHR, a one-time setup fee applies to cover the integration process. Reach out to us and we'll walk you through what that looks like for your setup.
Does Caily integrate with our EHR system?
Yes! Caily integrates with several systems including PointClickCare, Alis, August Health, CareRight, iCare, and others. We're constantly adding more and can work on custom integrations to get you up and running in just a few weeks.
Adding an EHR integration does include integration fees but your ongoing monthly rate for each resident stays the same. Contact us to learn more about compatibility with your current system.
What if we don't use an EHR?
No problem. Caily works as a standalone communication platform, even for communities that are still paper-based or transitioning to electronic records.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes! We offer discounts for nonprofit organizations and members of state and local associations, including Local LeadingAge chapters. Reach out to us to find out if your community qualifies.
