How do I get access?

Your loved one's community will invite you. You'll receive a welcome email with simple instructions to download the app and create your account - it only takes a few minutes. Once you're set up, logging back in is easy too, just use your fingerprint or face ID, no password needed.

What will I actually see?

If your community integrates with an EHR, you'll see daily updates pulled directly from your loved one's care record, things like meals, sleep, activities, and any notable care moments are easy to access. You can also view health history and trends over time.If your community doesn't integrate with an EHR, you'll see direct messages sent between you and your loved one's care team.

Can I message the care team directly?

Yes. Caily includes a secure chat feature so you can reach staff without playing phone tag or worrying whether your message got through.

Is my loved one's information private?

Absolutely. Caily is HIPAA-compliant, meaning all communication is encrypted and only shared with authorized family members you and the community designate.
