Our mission.

To transform caregiving through technology that engages families, empowers staff, and improves outcomes.

We built Caily because we've been the family waiting for a call.

Caily was founded by two women who know caregiving from the inside out, not as operators, but as daughters and granddaughters doing their best from near and far.

Wynter Johnson watched her mom carry the weight of caring for her grandmother. Appointments were missed, communication was scattered, and when her grandmother was hospitalized, the family didn't know for a week. "If we'd had the right tools, we would have known something was wrong."

McKenna McCormick lived the long-distance version of that same story, watching her mom handle everything while she was states away, connected only through texts and calls, feeling helpless and out of the loop. Those experiences became Caily's foundation.

What we do.

There is a persistent communication disconnect between senior living communities and the families of the people they care for. Families feel uninformed and anxious. Staff spend hours fielding repetitive calls, managing fragmented systems, and navigating non-compliant workarounds like group texts just to keep everyone in the loop. Everyone loses.

Caily fixes that.

We are a HIPAA-compliant communication platform built specifically for assisted living, memory care, group homes, and home health organizations. Caily integrates with existing EHRs, pulling ADLs, care notes, and resident updates automatically, and delivers consolidated, clear care summaries to families through a simple dashboard that’s as easy as texting.

Families get the visibility they've been asking for. Staff get hours back in their day. And your community builds the kind of trust that improves satisfaction and keeps families engaged.
