Auto-Renewal Subscription Terms

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Your subscription will renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled in advance. You will be charged the applicable subscription fee to your selected payment method unless you cancel.

BY CHECKING THE CHECKBOX OR SELECTING ACCEPT WHEN COMPLETING AN ORDER OR SUBSCRIPTION PURCHASE, YOU AGREE AND ACKNOWLEDGE ON YOUR OWN BEHALF THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE AUTO-RENEWAL SUBSCRIPTION TERMS.  IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE AUTO-RENEWAL SUBSCRIPTION TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE THE SERVICES.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree that it will automatically renew at the end of your initial term—monthly or yearly, depending on your selection—at the applicable subscription price, unless you cancel in advance.

By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You must cancel before the end of the current billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next period. Your subscription is automatically billed to your default payment method. You can update your payment information at any time by using the “Manage Subscription” feature in your account home menu. 

You may cancel the Caily subscription at any time and for any reason, at no additional cost to you, using the “Manage Subscription” feature in your account home menu or by emailing us at [email protected]. You were presented with our full Service Terms and Conditions before completing your purchase, and you may cancel in accordance with those Terms. If you purchased the Services through an app store (such as Apple App Store or Google Play), your purchase is subject to the terms and conditions of that app store, and you must manage and cancel your subscription directly through the applicable app store settings or directly on your device:

Please note that all payments are non-refundable, except where required by law. You can find our full refund and cancellation policy in our Service Terms and Conditions. 

We may cancel the auto-renewal service at any time if your selected subscription option is no longer available at the time of your renewal.
