How do I cancel my subscription?
If the subscription was purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, it must be canceled directly through that store. If the subscription was purchased via our website, it can be canceled through your account settings on the web. Subscriptions cannot be canceled directly within the app itself.
Do you offer refunds?
If you purchased your subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, their respective refund and return policies will apply. If you purchased directly through us (via the web), we do not offer refunds. We provide a 14-day free trial with full access to the platform so users can explore all features before deciding to subscribe. This trial is intended to help ensure the platform is a good fit before any payment is made.
Do you offer a free trial?
We offer a 14-day free trial during which users have full access to all features across the platform. After the trial period ends, users are automatically downgraded to our freemium model, where access is limited to the daily check-in feature with their Circle.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes, you can switch between monthly and annual billing anytime. Your updated plan will begin at the end of your current billing cycle. While we don’t issue refunds for the remaining time on your current plan, you’ll continue to have full access until your new plan begins.

Caily is the all-in-one caregiving platform built for families and loved ones to stay in touch. Inspired by our own personal caregiving experiences, we created Caily as a simple way to sync, coordinate, and improve the quality of care no matter what situation you're facing. The Caily app is the place for your care circle to do things like store important documents, organize appointments, chat, and log notes during your entire caregiving journey.
